Do you offer layaway?

We have layaway available on everything in the store! A 20% deposit is all that is required, after which you have 60 days to complete your purchase. We work with customers to help them create a plan that will take full advantage of the benefits that our layaway program offers. 

What if I need something right now, but can't afford today?

We offer financing through Synchrony Financial. This means you can apply for and receive up to $7500 worth of interest deferred financing! This gives you the ability to walk out of the store with what you need today, and not have to pay for it in full all at once. Check out our financing page for more details.

How long does a repair take, and do I have to set up an appointment?

You never have to set up an appointment! Stop in anytime with your bike or other equipment and we can estimate the cost and time of repairs. When possible, we attempt to fix bikes on the spot. If it is a more labor intensive job, we will quote you a quick turnaround time. If your repair requires a special order part, we will call you for approval prior to doing any additional repairs. How can I see what is in stock? Can I order on your website?

We are currently not taking orders through our website, however, we can take orders over the phone. If you have any questions regarding what we have in stock, you can always call us and ask, or just stop in! Check out our "About Us" page for more details. 

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Absolutely! We offer gift cards of any value. If you'd rather not come in, you are always free to call us and place your purchase over the phone. We will safely hold onto your certificate until you or someone you permit comes by to pick it up or spend it.

Do you offer a mobile/delivery service?

Delivery services are available to the local, Blue Water area! Call us anytime and let us know what we can do to help you. We offer many mobile services for repairs, such as bicycle pickup/delivery, tube/tire installations, bicycle assembly, and more! We strive to provide the best customer service that our community deserves. 

Are rentals available?

If you're looking for rental bikes, we recommend Zagster's! Zagster is the Blue Water areas new community ride sharing service! Alpine Cycles is in charge of maintaining these bicycles for Zagster. They have four convenient locations, at the Blue Water Transit Center, the Community Foundation, St. Clair County Community College, and the Blue Water Convention Center. Simply download the free mobile app, create an account, and start riding!
