Shipping

 

We currently ship via USPS. We also offer Free In-Store Pickup on all orders.

  • Free In-Store Pickup (1-2 Hours) 
  • USPS First-Class Mail (1-3 Shipping Days) most cost-effective way to ship smaller packages.
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Shipping Days) most areas offer priority delivery 7 days a week.

 

Once your order has been placed and the payment is confirmed, you will be sent an email notifying you that we have received your order. Most orders will be processed and packed to ship by the end of the same or next business day. You will get a follow-up email when we create a tracking number for your package, and again when your package is received at the post office.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition / packaging that you received it. To complete your return, we require an original receipt and/or proof of purchase. All returns are at our sole discretion.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and perishable goods. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, please come in-store or contact us.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. When the circumstances deem it necessary, we reserve the right to authorize partial refunds, at our sole discretion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three (3) days.

 

Online Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

 

To assure consistent quality, all items are visually inspected prior to packaging and shipment. If upon arrival you find a product to be defective or has suffered damage during the shipping process, you may contact us regarding the issue. Provide full details of your issue, and any photos/videos necessary to clearly illustrate the problems. Once initial contact is received, our team will begin looking into your issue. Please follow the exact instructions that the customer service representative provides.

If instructed to return your product, please follow the exact shipping instructions that the customer service representative provides. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
